We want you to love your skin and your Botniaskincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened or lightly used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
